Quiet hours Sunday-Thursday is 10pm to 7am. Friday & Saturday 12am to 7am. I do have a cat that runs around upstairs and I also play music as well as take zoom calls throughout the day. At night the house is QUIET. No smoking. No parties.

Restaurants, the waterfront and shopping districts are all located in each of these developments and provide a wide array of tastes and treats.
