The tour starts at the middle of the afternoon at the pier in Urca near to Bar urca. We will sail by the Fortress of São João, Fortress Laje and Fortress Santa Cruz, and close to the Island of Boa Viagem in Niterói. There will be one stop point at Adão e Eva beach or Praia Vermelha, perfect for picture taking and if you are interested to swim! Then we will pass by the Museum of Contemporary Art and sail back with the amazing view of the sunset on the horizon. There are gorgeous views of Sugar Loaf and Christ the Redeemer throughout the ride, as they are central to the scenery of Rio's coast. We will meet at my house at the Barra Canal, in Barra da Tijuca, Rio! From here, we will get straight on the boat in my backyard and head to the Tijuca Islands in front of Barra da Tijuca beach. You will be amazed at how quickly the big city changes to beautiful nature! The cliffs drop straight into the sea, where the water is beautiful and sea life is everywhere! As we head into the ocean toward the islands, we will see wildlife such as sea turtles, sea birds and amazing species of fish. We will cruise by boat around the islands and you will have the option to go in the water to swim and snorkel with the turtles and many different types of fish or just watch turtles and birds from the boat. For the more adventures ones, we can do a little tour walking in the Alfavaca Island where is possible to see some baby sea birds (most of the year) and jump from rocks to the water. After the 2 1/2 hour tour in the Tijuca Islands we will head back to Barra. This is an experience you will not forget - a way to see the beautiful natural side of

you will learn the basics step of samba in 1 hour with a queen of the carnival of Rio de Janeiro. It is an unique chance to have fun but also feeling part of the Brazilian culture and share passion for music and dance you will have possibility to try a real samba costume.

After meeting and a 45 minutes drive with the ocean next to us, we begin with a beach sunrise next to three amazing secret spots of Rio, the Pontal Rock, the Recreio beach and the Macumba beach. At those places we will do a little hike and will be possible to do our first swim of the day too! Our second stop will be at the beautiful Secreto, a natural pool between rocks, also known as a beach, perfect to relax and enjoy one of the most incredibles spots of the city without any crowd! Our last stops will be on beaches just surrounded by nature, hard to believe they are still in the city limits, each one with their special details. Wonderful places for pictures and videos (as all) with our and your cameras, have some drinks, play some beach sports as beach football and beach tennis or just lay down on the sand feeling all the good vibrations of nature, again, without any crowd! Come with me to have a special day going to the Secret Spots of Rio! Other things to note After the 45 minutes drive and the first stop, all the other stops will be a few minutes drive from each other. Há cachoeiras de mais fácil acesso também, ideal para famílias. We'll meet and drive for 40 min to Guaratiba neighborhood where our hike begins. We'll hike uphill for 1 hr to one of the most stunning views in Rio from Telegrafo Rock. Along the trail you will discover islands, long costal views with mountains, the canals and mangroves around the Restinga da Marambaia, and the richness of our green forest. The trail requires a bit of effort if you are not used to hike, some parts are a little steep, but there are no great difficulties. Once we reach this breathtaking viewpoint, we will stay for up to 1 hour allowing time to take in the spectacular peak, relax, take pictures and just enjoy the views. Then we will begin our 50-minute descent back to Guaratiba village. To finish the experience we will visit the hidden Prainha Beach with the oportunity to get some refreshments and snacks, before we finish the experience. OBSERVATIONS: - Due to overcrowding at Telégrafo Rock it´s important to start early to avoid massive cues to do the “famous” Picture. - This experience may also be hosted by my co-hosts MARCIO, JULIANA and THALLES. All of them are amazing professional guides and very experienced. - Please eat breakfast or bring some snacks for the road. Wear suitable footwear. Bring sunscreen, repellent, water, personal medicactions. This is one of the most beautiful places in Rio, in my opinion!!

*PLEASE READ THE FULL DESCRIPTION AND ADDITIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS* Forget about the cable car to get at the top of Sugar Loaf. This is the BEST WAY to experience this unique mountain! You'll remember forever! We will meet at General Tiburcio Square, in Urca. From there we start the walk along the famous Cláudio Coutinho lane, which borders the entire south face of the Urca and Pão de Açúcar hills. It is about 1.25 km of asphalt until the trail begins. From there the walk is steeper, past rocky coastlines and belvederes that allow a stunning view of the Guanabara Bay. In the middle of the way we come across a vertical rocky stretch (around 15m), where we will use climbing equipment to pass. After that, a walk through the vegetation leads us to the top of the mountain, from where we will rest enjoying a magnificent view of Rio! The descent of Sugar Loaf is made by the cable car towards Morro da Urca. There, we will walk for about 20 minutes to return to the Cláudio Coutinho lane, where our tour ends. Obs: This activity depends on good weather conditions. If there is a possibility of rain, the experience can have its schedule modified or, still, have your day rebooked without additional cost. Other things to note: Important to carry water (1.5 L), light food (fruit, cereal bars, sandwiches), camera, repellent, sunscreen and good shoes. NO CLIMBING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!

This part is extremely important and humbling as it's something you couldn't do without a guide. The locals here work hard on the beaches and streets. Cleaning the city and recycling. In restaurants as cooks and bartenders. Even drivers and couriers. People who usually visit the Favela just come for views and the clubs at the top. (even with a guide). These clubs have nothing to do with the Favela and its reality. Furthermore, a lot of culture, i.e., Sambas and choreography of funk to a lot of Art and Food are from the communities of Rio!

After the 2 1/2 hour tour in the Tijuca Islands we will head back to Barra. This is an experience you will not forget - a way to see the beautiful natural side of

you will learn the basics step of samba in 1 hour with a queen of the carnival of Rio de Janeiro. It is an unique chance to have fun but also feeling part of the Brazilian culture and share passion for music and dance you will have possibility to try a real samba costume.

Iniciaremos a trilha no portão do setor C do Parque Nacional da Tijuca, a maior floresta urbana do mundo. Nosso circuito passa pelos principais mirantes da Pedra da Gávea, os principais ponto históricos. Além de toda a beleza da fauna e flora da floresta tropical. O tempo de trilha é de aproximadamente 6 horas e total de 3 km, fazemos paradas em pontos estratégicos para hidratação e recarregar as energias. Nos dois trechos de escalaminhada usaremos equipamentos de rapel, tudo cordenado e orientado por um guia especializado em atrativos naturais, onde teremos um pouco mais de emoção na nossa aventura. Durante o percurso faremos fotos e vídeos com os melhores ângulos para registrar sua aventura, tudo incluso no nosso pacote. Temos subidas todos os dias.
