There are tennis courts and a children's playground close by and it's only a 5 minute drive to the local shops and takeaways. The house has everything you need, outdoor dining, a bbq, 2 living areas, a multi purpose mezzanine that can be used as an extra sleeping area. The caravan and utility have their own outdoor kitchen/dining area and outdoor shower. The section & garden is fully fenced.

One-bedroom apartment, 1-minute walk to Pauanui Beach and Surf Lifesaving Club. Very quiet and private. The apartment is attached to our house but has its own access. Cycling, fishing, beautiful walks, and all the Coromandel has to offer.
