We are thrilled to share our newly renovated Pawleys Island beach house. We truly hope you will love it as much as we do! The whole group will enjoy this spacious house centrally located 5min from the beach and just a few minutes away from several golf courses, bars restaurants and grocery stores. The indoor 16x32pool and entertainment room with shuffleboard and 75'' TV are just perfect for those rainy days or in between beach and activities hours. Only 30min away from Myrtle Beach airport!!

Come experience the renovated golf course and enjoy a fabulous after round drink at Palmetto Jacks! Relax with a golf course view in a great location. This 2bed/2bath unit has amenities you need for a day or a week. You're a 10 minute drive to the beach, 35 minutes to Myrtle Beach, and an hour south to Charleston. The local culinary scene provides some of the freshest seafood in the country, awesome southern dishes, and there’s always southern BBQ! *Motorcycles are not allowed on property.

Main pool, hot tub and 2 tennis/pickleball courts are open year round. Satellite pools are seasonal. Beach chairs and cooler are provided, along with a season pass to Huntington Beach State Park. 1/2hr from Myrtle Beach, 10 minutes from historic Georgetown, and 90 minutes from Charlestown. My condo is on the top floor which gives you a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean. The master bedroom and living room with cathedral ceilings have a wall of glass giving you a spectacular view of the sunrise over the ocean. The living area has sliding doors to the balcony overlooking the ocean. The master bedroom has a tempurpedic queen bed. The guest room has a queen bed and a bunkbed for children. The kitchen is well supplied.

Pawleys Island has been a vacation destination since the 1700s and it remains charming yet laid back. The beach is unspoiled and un-commercialized, while the area is full of unique boutiques and restaurants.
