You have 10-20 minutes access to Emory and downtown Atlanta depending on traffic. The space is on a quiet residential street with easy street parking. A kitchenette, A/C, closet, full bathroom, smart TV, and couch. We live in the main floor of the house which is completely separate from the unit.
