Spacious 3 bedroom country cottage all to yourself

Situated just outside of the picturesque North Wales village of Llanarmon-yn-Ial, in an ANOB Glandwr Alyn is an ideal location for outdoor pursuits or a country getaway. For cyclists there are great road routes or if you are more of a mountain biker we are 15mins drive from Oneplanet Adventure. Offa’s Dyke path is a short walk from the cottage, alternatively the village's community pub & shop is a 15min walk. Birdwatchers love watching for Kingfishers on our deck which overlooks the river Alyn.

Set in a cottage garden on a hillside above the town of Llangollen our lovely blue cabin has panoramic views across town towards Castell Dinas Bran and the Horseshoe Pass. Beautiful Llangollen is great for a break any time of year. Sit with a drink on the decking, or in front of the little log burner, and watch the sunset over the mountains, or the snow sweeping in along the valley. Take a glass of sparkly and have a bath under the stars.

If sitting back is not for you there are several local country walks and attractions. By car Wrexham is just 5 minutes away, Chester 25 minutes and if you fancy a day in Liverpool, it’s only an hour away.

A cosy converted semi-detached beamed cottage set within a farmhouse courtyard. The house is surrounded by glorious views of North Wales in a peaceful setting with bulls and cows in our paddocks. Just 14 miles from Chester and within an hour’s drive from Snowdonia. It can comfortably sleep up to three people (plus infant) by using the sofa bed in the sitting room. Cottage is fully equipped with travel cot/high chair if required. A perfect base to explore North Wales & Chester.

Enjoy a relaxing stay in a perfect location which includes a hot tub and large open decking with seating surrounded by stunning views of the Dee valley. You are spoilt for choice with walks and outdoor activities. The house is a few minutes walk to the ChainBridge (historic pub/restaurant) over the River Dee Thursday Nights are always a discount price.

Stable Cottage

This end terrace cottage has a quirky style of its own. It has full central heating. Lounge is a good size with sofa and a matching arm chair, dining table, electric fire (log burner effect). It has a staircase that leads to a gallery landing and mezanine bedroom, with a king size bed, and en-suite shower room. The kitchen is very well equipped, with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, electric hob and oven. Ground floor W.C.

Shepherds Hut at Tower Wales

Welcome to our charming shepherd’s hut, nestled away in a private woodland. The hut is equipped with a comfortable double-bed with space for a child’s bed if required. Shower and Flush toilet are within an upcycled boat wheelhouse 30meters away. If travelling as part of a larger group, please see our other listings featuring B&B rooms available within the main house. We are located just outside the traditional market town of Mold.

The Loft

The loft at Pen Dinas has breathtaking views and a perfect location. We have direct access onto the bike tracks at Llandegla bike centre. Also on our door step we have clay pigeon shooting and a trout fishery. There are many walks and trails that will keep you entertained for hours. We have a public house a mile away and are 3 miles away from local amenities.

The Summerhouse

Individually Designed and Self Contained purpose built summerhouse, situated on the Offas Dyke Path, at the foot of Llandegla Forest. Great for Walkers and Mountain Bikers. Other attractions close by are Faux Degla Shooting Ground, Fisheries and Laser Quest.
