Our spacious high end condo has all of the comforts of home, and accommodates 6 adults or perfect for families. 2 Bedrooms have a King bed, 1 bedroom has a Queen and Twin bed. Each bedroom has a 58” flatscreen TV and a 65” flatscreen TV in the living room. An Oceanside bar, brewery, Mama Kwans and the Kill Devil Grill are within walking distance. There is plenty to do for the whole family. Come have a relaxing and fun vacation at the beach!!

Peaceful airy retreat (on half acre lot) with balcony views overlooking the tallest active sand dune system in the Eastern U.S. Take a 2-3 minute stroll, you’ll discover the sound beach and beach trails. Cross the street and climb to the top of Jockey Ridge for amazing ocean views, hang glide or fly a kite. The ocean is just 1 minute car drive. You may literally walk out our driveway to 450 acres of hiking trails, sound-side beaches, kayaking, kiteboarding, etc. It's a 3-minute drive to the nearest beach access and some favorite local restaurants. The cozy location offers total privacy, facing into the woods with windows everywhere for lots of treetop filtered sunshine.

Sundune Surf: Steps to the beach with views & pool

This cozy 1 bedroom condo at Sundune Village is one block from the beach with beautiful views of the Wright Brothers Memorial and community pool. This 3rd floor WALK UP unit also boasts slight ocean views and lovely sunrises. We are located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, one block from the Martin Street beach access. It's an easy walk or bike ride to Bonzer Shack, Food Dudes, and many other restaurants and shops. NO PETS PLEASE! It is suitable for a couple or small family.

Oh yeah, Nags Head beach, just 6 miles away!

This charming cottage located steps from the ocean is loaded with character, originally built to be a diner in 1948 it has been renovated into a charming rental for you to enjoy! This small cottage is 810 sqft, 1 king bedroom and 2 xl twins in bunkroom, 1 queen sofa bed in the sunroom, 1 bath, with an open living, dining, kitchen area. The porch is a favorite spot for morning coffee or evening happy hours!
