Maison d'Autrefois is een sfeervol huis dat door de nieuwe eigenaren grondig gerenoveerd is in de stijl ‘Bourgeois Chique’. Het huis beschikt over zes slaapplaatsen (2 slaapkamers met tweepersoonsbedden en 1 slaapkamer met 2 eenpersoonsbedden), een salon/eetkamer, een keuken, badkamer en achterplaats(je). Het huis is geschikt voor maximaal 6 personen. De ligging op 50 meter van het stadspark en de rivier de Lot maakt Maison d'Autrefois de ideale verblijfplaats voor een onvergetelijke vakantie.

Charming little house, hidden away in a pedestrian alleyway. Located in Vieux Nérac, a royal city, a 5-minute walk from all amenities. We’ve renovated this cozy house as you'll always feel like you're on vacation, in a quiet, secluded spot, nestled on a deckchair under the elegant olive tree in the patio. An invitation for cocooning! Discover the charm of the past with all the modern comforts (air conditioning, fiber optics, etc.). (Please note: steep stairs. Not suitable for young children)

Le Brun - T1 climatisé - Terrasse et jardin privé

Bienvenue dans Le Brun, un grand studio entièrement rénové, avec terrasse et jardin privatif, en plein cœur d’Agen. C’est un lieu rare en centre-ville : un espace spacieux et chaleureux où l’on profite autant de l’intérieur que de l’extérieur, avec une vraie terrasse et un jardin rien que pour vous. Que ce soit pour prendre un café au soleil, se détendre après une journée de travail ou simplement profiter du calme en extérieur, tout a été pensé pour vous offrir un séjour agréable et reposant.

Carp cottage

A 100 metres away there is an electric car charging station. A 3 minute walk away are many amenities and especially a farmer’s market on Thursdays. A 4 minute drive away is a shopping center with a Leclerc supermarket and various other stores like Gifi Action, a petrol station and a mechanic. The Lot à Lustrac Trentels is 13 minutes by car. Our apartment is on the river with many places to fish. The train station is a 10 minute walk away and goes to Agen. The hospital is 25 minutes away.

Medieval chateau in the Lot Valley

A rustic residence in a medieval Chateau on the edge of a small village in the Lot valley. Easy reach of Prayssac with it's bustling Friday market, of the bastide at Castelfranc with its river beach, the hilltop village of Belaye where you can enjoy an evening drink looking down on the valley.
