Walk out of the garden gate to explore miles of trails with stunning scenery, or take a 15 min stroll down into the beautiful Victorian town of Llandudno.

The property is opposite the seafront prom & rocky beach in a quiet residential area on the edge of town. 12 minutes walk down the prom to Rhos-on-Sea harbour, sandy beach & town centre. On the North Wales Coastal Walk path & 30 mins walk to Angel Bay on the Little Orme. A great base for exploring North Wales or chilling locally.

The garden has been featured on BBC Gardeners World & is frequently on Welsh tv ‘Garddio a Mwy’. My place is a two minute walk to the award winning Rhos on Sea beach and a short walk to the local cafes/restaurants, the seaside town is a haven for tourists, young & old alike. It is a newly built two bedroom apartment. The property has two double bedrooms, a lounge with a large screen tv, dining area, kitchen and a lovely family bathroom. There is free off road parking for one car and free parking on the road outside the property with no time restrictions.
