Central Newquay close to beach

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. A 2 minute walk to Towan beach. Located right in the centre of Newquay close to bars, restaurants, and shops. Nicely laid out 1 bedroom apartment that will sleep up to 4 adults. There is a king-size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed that will comfortably sleep 2 adults in the lounge area, the bathroom is through the bedroom. A travel cot is available on request. There is on street parking on the road outside the apartment.

Little Egret apartment is within a family owned apartment building situated on the iconic Pentire peninsula. It’s location allows guests to be within a couple of minutes walk to both the world famous Fistral beach and the uniquely picturesque Gannel estuary. Surf on famous Fistral, paddle-board on the Gannel, or just relax in a cafe or restaurant and admire the sunsets and breathtaking panoramic views.

There is underfloor heating throughout making the space warm and inviting to return to after a surf! The open plan lounge which includes the kitchen has an ‘A’ frame roof with Veluxes, a 49 inch TV and bifold doors leading to a decking area. The bedroom has a super comfy king size bed with 100% cotton bedding.

Fistral Palms is just one street back from famous surfing beach Fistral. The apartment is light and airy with views across Fistral and towards Trevose Head, Padstow. With a private driveway parking spot right outside you can be on the beach or in the sea in a couple of minutes! The apartment also has a south facing deck and landscaped garden area so you can make the most of the sun on your holiday. There are bars and restaurants within walking distance and the town centre is a km away.
