It is enchantingly secluded in the garden and by the field - and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway) and has been renovated with high-quality materials in line with building biology. A beautiful home for 2 or 3 guests who like to hike, meditate or simply enjoy the healthy offside. Car park with electric wall - payment to the host

Logement complet. Entièrement équipé, lumineux et confortable, avec chambre séparé. L'appartement est en duplex. Au rez de chaussée vous trouverez la chambre, la salle de bain ainsi qu'un wc. La cuisine, le salon et la salle à manger se trouvent à l'étage. Peut accueillir un couple + 1 enfant. Situé au centre du village, avec la boulangerie à 50 mètres, et une épicerie bio à 100 mètres. Un snack kebab à 50 mètres. À 5 minutes de l’autoroute et 10 minutes de Creutzwald ou de Saint-Avold.
