Mon appartement se situe dans le quartier de Pernety - à 10 minutes à pied de la gare Montparnasse. Quartier vivant, chaleureux, familial, typique, aux nombreux restos et bars variés. Proche de tous commerces. Spacieux et lumineux, charme de l'ancien avec ses belles poutres apparentes, il est constitué d'une grande chambre - avec de nombreux rangements - et d'un grand salon. Petite cuisine bien équipée ; il y a aussi une salle de bain avec baignoire. Le métro Pernety (ligne 13) est à 2 minutes.
