We are so excited to invite you to stay in our sweet little classic cottage, nestled in the heart of Elizabeth City's historic district. 1201 Church Street is surrounded by some of the original Elizabeth City homes dating all the way back to the late 1700s. We fell in love with the charm of the area combined with all of the up-and-coming attractions nearby. Our cottage is close to all of the new downtown breweries, wine bars, trendy restaurants, and waterfront district.

Water Winds has Beautiful views of Albemarle Sound. Enjoy birding with Bald head eagles and Osprey, often seen in the cypress trees outside the great room. Paddling in the kayaks and exploring the sound are great ways to enjoy the natural beauty of the area. Bicycles and yoga mats are all available to relax and enjoy some down time here. Smart TV, hi speed wireless internet along with a fun size pool table, foosball, dartboard and ping pong downstairs.

Private off street parking, Wi-Fi, kitchen area, office area, washer and dryer, king bed, recliner and love seat. An additional guest such as a child can be accommodated at no extra charge using our single air mattress.

As spacious and serene space. This home is situated right on the Little River, with gorgeous sunset views. Four bedrooms, a large living room, a breakfast nook, dining area, a loft, a large wrap-around porch, and a porch balcony provides lots of space to live, work, visit, and relax. Built in the 1970s and recently updated, this house is comfortable with a modern retro feel.

Two bedroom, bath and a half cottage on the Albemarle Sound. Room for your car and boat. Large screened in deck overlooks the dock and the Sound. Watch the fish jump and turtles swim. Fall asleep to the waves lapping the shore. Water and electric at the dock. Bring your boat or watercraft and other water toys. Canoe and kayaks available for use at your own risk.
