Ketton is only a few minutes drive from the beautiful town of Stamford, or Rutland Water with its stunning views and local Ospreys. Oakham is also a short drive away. There's a Camra award-winning pub a few minutes walk away and plenty of circular walks in the surrounding countryside, from the accommodation or further afield, to work up a thirst.

Sunset lodge is set in an acre of grounds only 1.5 miles from the beautiful city of Ely which boasts a wide selection of delicious restaurants, riverside walks, shops and historic buildings including the majestic Ely Cathedral!

The Den self-contained annex.

The Den is a self- contained annex, which is very comfortable for 4 guests. It will provide everything you need for a short or long stay in Melton Mowbray. We provide tea, coffee, bread, milk etc. The property has a fitted kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. An open living space leads to two bedrooms with king size beds, & a bathroom with a walk in shower. There is parking for two cars on the drive and plenty of on street parking. Check in is from 3pm, & check out is by 10am.

Rest and relax in this cosy self-contained room with king sized bed and large wet-room with walk-in shower, surrounded by fields and open spaces, waking up to the peace and tranquility of its semi rural setting. Access to main routes to Stamford, ideal location for visiting events at Burghley House, Rutland Water, Peterborough, Boston and Norfolk. The room is equipped with fridge, microwave, toaster and tea making facilities. Relax just outside your own front door on the terrace.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space set in the pretty Village of Brigstock. Our friendly local, The Old Three Cocks is just a few steps away - perfect for a drink & a bite. Fermyn Woods Country Park is a short walk away, rich in flowers birds and butterflies including Hawfinches and Purple Emperor Butterflies. The area has many gastro pubs, gardens and various markets to explore. We are happy to make recommendations to suit you as well as our favourite!

Located near the A1 and A47, One Chapel Court offers easy access to Stamford, Peterborough and beyond.

Oak Tree Annexe

Oak Tree Annexe is set in a secluded and secure walled garden. You can park for free directly outside the house and will be staying in one of Rutland’s most desirable villages. Set on the fabulous cycle route around the water and with access to great walks directly from the house or a short drive away it’s a perfect location for exploring Rutland. Our village pub is a 3 minute stroll, serves food 7 days a week and offers our guests a 10% discount on their meals.
