Get a feel for the local lifestyle in a Thai neighbourhood when you stay in this 1 bedroom, fully furnished unit that’s part of a duplex. Restaurants, shops and a large outdoor market are all close by and you’ll be within cycling/walking distance of a long stretch of sand at Mae Ram Phueng Beach. A ferry to the idyllic island of Koh Samet is a short 20 min drive away and it's an hour to Pattaya's attractions and nightlife. Please note electricity costs are not included in the rental cost.

Die Möbel sind alle neu und das Zimmer wurde an ein freistehendes Haus angebaut, das auf einem Grundstück mit ca. 50 Kokosnusspalmen liegt. Der separate Eingang sorgt für Privatsphäre. In 600 Metern sind Sie schon am weißen, 12 km langen Sandstrand.

Huset som är mycket välutrustat ligger i ett mindre område med 11 hus runt en pool. I anslutning till området finns en reception i vilken man hämtar nycklar. I hyran ingår inte elförbrukning, den mäts av vid ankomst och förbrukad el betalas vid avflyttning. Elen kostar f n 7,0 Baht/kw. Sänglinne och handdukar finns att hyra för 220 Baht/vecka. Meddela oss vid bokning om ni vill beställa detta så finns det på plats i huset vid ankomst. Huset är rök- och husdjursfritt.

This lovely guest house is located about 2 km away from the Mae Ram Phueng Beach in a nice international neighborhood. The beach is easy to reach by motorbike in 7 minutes. You can also enjoy the day in your private pool with lounge chairs. Famous island Koh Samet can easily be reached from here. For additional requests you will get support in Thai, English or German. We offer personal transportation from/to Bangkok airport at additional fee.

Ett fantastiskt semesterställe som har allt. Egen pool, närhet till stranden, bevakat område, tre hus som gör att ett större sällskap kan känna avskildhet. Stor uteplats med bar. Pool som har jakutsi behagelig temperature. Området är ligger vid det genuina Thailand där man kan ligga på stranden hela dagen utan att bli störd av försäljare. Närmaste mindre stad är Ban Phe 5 km. Därifrån åker man båt till Kha Samet.
