Guest will enjoy the use of the dock located in front of the house. Great for fishing, swimming or docking your jet ski or boat. We are dog friendly & our large yard has plenty of room to play!

This is a private apartment downstairs from a family home. NOT 420 friendly. Quiet hours 10pm to 6am strictly enforced. Normal family sounds above - not a good fit if you plan to sleep all day.
