Natalie's Magnolia Cottage

This is a small farmhouse built in 1895! Freshly updated decor and furniture, enjoy our charming little cottage in the country. There is 1 bedroom with a queen bed and en suite bathroom. The living area has a pull out sleeper sofa and sleeper loveseat and a blow up mattress on legs. The front hall has a twin and trundle bed. There is a second bathroom in the living area. A kitchenette with coffee pot, convection toaster oven, microwave, refrigerator and large dining table for meals or to work.

The Well House

Come enjoy a peaceful and unique stay at our 1914 freshly renovated farmhouse. This sweet beauty has had a makeover from head to toe and she is ready to share her new look with you. The Well House sits in the center of our small but growing town and is conveniently located to everyday needs, as well as many local attractions in the surrounding area. From the front porch you can sip tea and believe you're out in the country while from the vintage back porch you experience the town side of life.

Extremely private, comfortable, 3bdr 2 1/2 bath cottage on 100 wooded acres, bordered by the Flint River and Line Creek. Enjoy picnicing, reading on the swinging porch bed, picking fruit from trees or vines in season, trying out a new recipe in our fully equipped kitchen. Kayak entry points nearby. Convenient to small towns/shops. 15 mins to Riverwood Studios in Senoia, 35 mins to 1-85, 38 mins to the U.S. Soccer Federation, and 50 mins. to Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.

Private Barn Studio Apartment

Studio Apartment in the country with sunsets over 40-acre cow pasture. Close to Honeywood Farms on Highway 18. Two guest maximum. Our main house is in front of the barn, and we only rent the apartment while we are at home. But we respect your privacy and you will not see us much unless you want to.
