Come and enjoy this 1-bed unit. A cozy and bright bedroom with a comfy Queen bed. The living room consists a dedicated dining area and a relaxing area with sofa and TV. The kitchenette includes a microwave, a small oven and a k-cup coffee maker, but No STOVE. Newly installed heating and cooling air conditioning. This suite is a part of a single family house.The rest of the house is also rented as an Airbnb unit but with separate entrance. The deck area is shared. The entrance is in the backyard.

Stunning, comfortable home

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Just a hop and a skip to San Francisco or Marin. This family friendly home has views of the bay. In a residential neighborhood, a park just two blocks away. (playground & tennis courts) Richmond has wonderful restaurants, shopping and theater. It’s also great for work groups. Newly Remodeled Studio in between SF and Napa!

Newly remodeled studio in a cute safe town by the water. Located 45 minutes from San Francisco and 30 minutes from Napa. We are located in the Bay Area in the city of Benicia. It is a great location if you are planning to travel to Napa and San Francisco during your stay, since it sits right in between those two cities. It is located right on the Bay with a cute downtown area. I can recommend my favorite restaurants and things to do in the area as well!
