我的房子：靠近海灘的漂亮公寓

My flat is in a quiet street in Oliva. It's a second floor. It has three bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room, kitchen with dishwasher and two balcony. There's WIFI. The flat is very near to the beach (5-minute walking). It's very near to the bus too. It is also ideal for long stays at affordable prices (I have added a considerable discount each month). For the summer, the apartment has air conditioning in the dining room and ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

Central apartment with a large terrace. Ideal to enjoy the beach due to its good location (about 3 minutes walk). Ice cream parlors, restaurants and bus stop, all very close. Baby accessories. It is rented for long stays at affordable prices (I have set specific prices for the different months of the year, adding a considerable discount each month). Good Wifi service, it has a dishwasher.
