A beautiful first line southerly facing two bedroom, two bathroom, seafront apartment in a select area of Almunecar. See the sun rise and set from the southerly facing terrace, master bedroom and lounge all overlooking the sea. It has a pool, free WiFi, air conditioning (cooling/heating) fitted in all the bedrooms and the lounge. También debo recordar que los eventos, fiestas o ruidos excesivos están extrictamente prohibidos. Se debe respetar la convivencia vecinal y el descanso.

Casa en Urbanización privada, con acceso directo a la playa Marina Playa, a 200 metros del Puerto Marina del Este. Casa en tres plantas, con tres grandes terrazas y cuatro dormitorios. Excelentes vistas al mar y a la montaña, piscina y parking privado comunitario en la misma urbanización. La temporada de piscina es del 1 de junio al 15 se septiembre, y el horario es de 10:30 a 15:00, y de 16:00 a 20:30. La casa cuenta con red wifi privada, Movistar plus y sistema de seguridad.

El apartamento tiene una decoración muy actual con mobiliario nuevo de gran calidad, muy apropiado para familias con niños. Lo mejor es su ubicación está situado en el centro del pueblo con la playa a escasos metros ,ideal para el verano y para invierno, ya que es muy soleado. Tiene todos los servicios muy cerca. Si no quiere utilizar el coche no es necesario ya que están las tiendas, supermercados, restaurantes, bares....todo lo que pueda necesitar al lado.
