To rent, nice apartment with balcony and sea view in a private residence with private pool for maximum 4 person. When you look for relaxing summer place you are on the right place, only 2 minutes’ walk from the beach, shops and restaurants Facilites Full equipped kitchen with washing machine, coffee machine, water warm up machine, toaster, oven, refrigerator, microwave, TV, sofa with bed possibility, bed line leisure. A bedroom with a double bed ( 160 cm ) and storage possibility as well as a bathroom with a shower and a nice living room ( sofa for 2 person ).

In het kleinschalige Caleton Blanco complex aan de boulevard van Puerto del Carmen met bars, restaurants, shops en faciliteiten. Vanaf de boulevard direct toegang tot het lange zandstrand. De locatie ligt centraal tussen de oude en de nieuwe stad. Het appartement is gelijkvloers op de begane grond met zeezicht vanaf het ruime terras in een rustig complex met goed onderhouden tuinen en gemeenschappelijk zwembad met kinderbad. Via een paar luie trappen staat u direct op de boulevard en het strand.

Mi alojamiento es bueno para personas que buscan el descanso y la intimidad. Si los huéspedes quieren, no tienen que tener contacto directo con otras personas. El bungalow está en primera fila al mar y tiene vistas increíbles. Proporcionamos toallas limpias cada 4 días y sábanas limpias cada 7 días. Si se viaja con niños, hay un sofá-cama en el salón para que puedan dormir 2 niños cómodamente (suplemento de 10€ por día para niño extra).

Perfecta ubicación, a 200 m de la mejor playa de la isla (playa de bandera azul, socorristas, sombrillas..). Restaurantes, supermercados, tiendas...Con aparcamiento en la misma puerta. Es mi propio apartamento de vacaciones, que alquilo cuando no voy, por lo que está perfectamente equipado. Ideal parejas o familias con niños

Frontline apartment in La Santa, 20m from sea and directly on the coastal promenade pathway. The appartment is in the first floor with private terrace with sea view, sunset and promenade There is a big communal terrace as well in third floor. Its not very used so a good chance to stay there on your own.
