World famous wave Punta Roca is 1 mile down the beach. Less than half mile from the new ByPass and 7 min car ride to El Tunco/Surfcity, our place is very well located. Gas stations around the corner with convenience stores and a new Shopping center literally across the main street that includes a Supermarket, Wendy’s, Starbucks and more

This private beach front vacation home was custom built with thoughtful touches to make your vacation as relaxing and comfortable as possible. You're only steps away from the quiet sandy beach where you may be fortunate enough to see a giant sea turtle laying her eggs in the sand. Enjoy the private pool with a shallow play area for the little ones. A large outdoor dining area with a charcoal BBQ make the perfect setting for memorable meals followed by a siesta in one of the hammocks.

Zonterini - beachfront private house in El Zonte

This is our family beach house, it is beachfront with amazing ocean-views surrounded by palm trees. Its thatched roof out of palm leafs gives it a tropical flair. The main house is round-shaped with foldable sliding doors & windows (feel free to ask our caretaker to close them for you at night/open in the morning). The pool is very big and has a deep and a shallow area suitable for children. The third bedroom is located in a third, new area next to the pool with ocean view.
