Night fish on the pier under the many lights and don't forget the awesome views. The owners do live upstairs and share the outside areas on occasion.

New mini splits and tankless water heater keep you comfy during your visit.

Nestled in the exclusive Pleasure Island Marina, this waterfront condo offers stunning views and easy access to boating and fishing on Sabine Lake. Centrally located in a safe and friendly neighborhood, The Nest is within walking distance of a grocery store, library, and park. Starbucks and Chick-fil-A are ~1 mile away! When you stay at The Nest, you will enjoy a clean and comfortable space for yourself or a small group of 2-4 people. Each room has a full size bed. Studio Apartment in a Great Neighborhood!

A studio apartment in which the normal functions of the living room, bedroom, and kitchen – are combined into a single room. Kitchen has NO STOVE, but appliances for cooking full meals, large closet and full bath. It is located near most of the local refineries and is great for an out of town worker. The apt has all you would need for a one night stay or long term. If staying longer than a week or two, it may not be comfortable for 2 people.

Each guest has a private Livingroom, bathroom and bedroom. In each of the bedrooms there is a door with a dead bolt leading into the kitchen/laundry area. These are the ONLY shared spaces. The rest is 100% private.
