We are in a rural location so a car may be needed. If you would like to book the night before your wedding, please contact me to confirm the details. IMPORTANT NOTE: Any anti-sociable behaviour or taking any illegal substances by any member of your group, you will all be dismissed from the property and no refunds given.

The Annex is a bright, recently refurbished self-contained apartment attached to the owner’s house. It has its own private entrance and free on-street parking to the side of the property. The property has a separate kitchen, shower room and bedroom and benefits from a private patio area with table and chairs. Situated within walking distance of the City Centre, Chelmsford Station (direct line to London Liverpool Street) and a short direct bus route to Broomfield Hospital and City Centre.

If you are in town for business or pleasure the house has everything you need. Location The house is centrally located on a quiet road around 0.4 miles walk to Chelmsford Train Station, Bus Station and Town Centre. The trains are regular every 8 – 10 minutes (incl to Stratford, London Liverpool St & the London Airports) so no need to panic!
