Apartmant Mareta is situted next to the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century.The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. The parking is not private it is public and free. The apartment is near bus station, and it is 10 minutes walk from the coast, 15-20 minites walk to the Old town. If you arrive by bus, you can reach us in 15 minutes' walk. A local bus station is right in front of the house, if you want to reach Perast-Risan (2€).
