Goosewing Cottage Hunter Valley

Our Cottage is fully self-contained, architect-designed and immaculately presented. Please note, to minimise cost for only 2 guests, we close off the 2nd room with ensuite, when not in use so you don't pay for what you don't need. A $120 surcharge is in place for 1 couple or 2 singles travelling together and needing the 2nd bedroom, so kindly inform us if this is the case. The surcharge does not apply for 3 or 4 guest bookings. Please see Goosewing Homestead, for our larger dwelling with pool.

Hunter Valley - "Outta Range" Rural Cabin

Your accommodation is set in the beautiful Congewai valley, close to the wineries of the Hunter Valley, the Hope Estate to catch that concert of choice, the Hunter Valley Gardens, Ballooning and many more activities. The historical town of Wollombi is a short country drive. We are only 400 metres to access a section of the Great North Walk where you can walk to the top of the mountain or further. Bring your mountain bikes to enjoy a quiet easy ride through this spectacular pastural valley.

Inala Wilderness Retreat

Inala, which means peaceful place, is the perfect escape. Nestled on 7 acres of native bushland, this architect designed home boasts complete privacy and commands spectacular views across to the Barrington Tops through its extensive North facing windows. Featuring open plan living with polished timber floors and vaulted ceiling the feeling is relaxed, bright and spacious and the perfect antidote to a hectic life. We have 2 bedrooms with king sized beds, one which splits into two singles.

The Cabin at Rocklee Grove

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Set beneath the stunning YellowRock escarpment, sits this solitary cabin seemingly miles from anywhere yet only minutes from the popular Hunter Valley wineries, cafes, restaurants and concerts. The one-bedroom cabin is fully self-contained with modern bathroom, fully-equipped kitchenette and lounge. The large balcony allows uninterrupted views of the surrounding mountains and the valley below. The cabin is a perfect couples retreat.

Kiewa Cottage

Bring the whole family to enjoy a getaway with lots of room for fun. Kiewa Cottage is designed for a family or two couples with two bedrooms each featuring a queen bed. The main bathroom contains a double spa bath and a separate shower. The second bedroom has a private ensuite with a shower. This cottage is fitted with a private kitchen, dining area and lounge with a log fireplace, as well as a private outdoor veranda and BBQ area.

Cowboy's Cabin on Wollombi Brook, Hunter Valley

Romantic 1 bedroom slab timber cabin overlooking the Wollombi Brook and rural paddocks. Offering self-cater accommodation for a couple on the edge of Wollombi Village. We are a popular choice for wedding guests with a 6 minute drive to Redleaf, Mystwood and Woodhouse and 10 minutes to Stonehurst. Great base for exploring the Hunter vineyards, attending concerts, bushwalking or just relaxing and watching cows wander past.
