Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

This idyllic recently renovated fisherman's cottage has a large terrace and spectacular views out to sea. You couldn’t be any closer to the sea without getting wet! The South West Coast Path is on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. Our 2 bedroom beautifully furnished home-from-home apartment is situated in the heart of Polzeath, has stunning views and within walking distance of the beach. The great location and surrounding countryside is ideal for couples and families alike. To ensure the apartment is cleaned as per Covid guidelines, check in is now 4pm Please be aware that during July and August, we only rent the apartment Friday to Friday. Thanks
