Il Forno has a spacious private terrace beside the pool with panoramic views. Entry through double glass doors into the large living, dining and kitchen with floor to ceiling windows. 2 bedrooms with king beds that can be converted to singles (can also fit a crib comfortably). Comfy sofa and chairs and a library of travel books. A 15th century glass oven is a focal point of the living room. Large terrace with table, chairs, sun loungers, umbrellas and BBQ. Great location for touring the area!

The rural house was built with ancient stone sourced locally in Umbria and offers a breath taking view overlooking the surrounding valley. The house encompasses a spacious living-room with two antique fire places, two kitchens, a recreation room, five bedrooms & four bathrooms. Outside there is a large swimming pool, dining area, a play house for children, multiple car-parking options and a 2 car fully enclosed garage. There are also a BBQ and a wood fire oven if you wish to cook outside.

Casale toscano del '800 con pietre a vista immerso nella meravigliosa campagna Toscana con uno splendido panorama sulla Val di Chiana. E' circondato da un parco di 6 ettari con un uliveto di 300 piante. Si trova a Sarteano, nel paese, un antico borgo medioevale con un castello da sogno, conosciuto per il Festival della Musica e del Jazz che si svolge alla fine dell'estate. Siamo nella bellissima Val d'Orcia, patrimonio naturale dell'umanità dall'UNESCO dal 2004.

"IL PODERACCIO" è un tipico casolare in pietra posto sulle colline che circondano il Lago Trasimeno immerso in una stupenda macchia mediterranea. Il fabbricato si sviluppa su due piani. La piscina ed il giardino fanno da cornice al tutto. Apertura Piscina dal 1 Maggio al 1 5 Ottobre. Si fa presente che in seguito alla emergenza COVID 19 per la pulizia e la sanificazione della casa sono state adottate tutte le direttive previste dalla normativa in merito.
