Sunset Shepherds Hut

A self contained secluded luxury Shepherds Hut sleeps two near the Brecon Beacons national park with delightful valley views. Situated on a small working farm eight miles from Junction 49 at the western end of the M4. Enjoy the seclusion of the farm and walking opportunities in the area as well as the local attractions in East Carmarthenshire of castles, stately homes, gardens, local villages and towns. Further afield are the beaches and beauty spots of Swansea, the Gower and Pembrokeshire.

Greenacre Cabin with private hot tub

Greenacre cabin has everything you need for a rural weekend away. Located in a traditional Welsh valley on a small holding, the cabin is situated within close proximity to our stables and barn. You can enjoy waking up to sheep wandering outside or enjoy having breakfast on the veranda whilst watching the horses graze in the fields. Our chickens are happy to supply you with eggs during your stay and if you come at the right time of year you can enjoy fresh fruit and vegetables from our garden.

The Old Kitchen is part of Garth Farm which has been in co-host Edward's family since the 1800s. Set against the side of Garth mountain it enjoys beautiful views by day and stunning skies by night. It is ideal for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers... The Old Kitchen is cosy and quirky, practical and unfussy: a single large space with sleeping area, small kitchen, dining and seating areas plus log burning stove. A shower room opens off the main space and there are French doors and a patio.

No 1 Cathelyd Colliery Stables is a dog friendly property renovated from a pit pony stables. Next door is No 2 that is slightly larger and can be booked separately on Airbnb. There are walks on the doorstep being next to the Cwm Clydach bird reserve and the cottage has its own private valley walk with a waterfall. We are situated 3 miles from J45 of the M4 with easy access to Swansea, Gower and the Brecon Beacons. The Swansea Cycle path is on the doorstep. The town is a mile away.

Newly refurbished double room, with an en-suite bathroom. Room is up a flight of stairs. Free parking available. Pictures show separate private access. Room has wardrobe, chest of draws, bedside table & lamp. Fridge & freezer, microwave & kettle (with cups, plates & crockery). Good walking through the Amman Valley with lots of attractions in easy reach. The local town of Ammanford has good facilities including shops and swimming pool. Cinema in Brynamman, golf courses and a riding centre within easy reach The house has a decking area with BBQ and an enclosed yard which is ideal for dogs.
