A self contained secluded luxury Shepherds Hut sleeps two near the Brecon Beacons national park with delightful valley views. Situated on a small working farm eight miles from Junction 49 at the western end of the M4. Enjoy the seclusion of the farm and walking opportunities in the area as well as the local attractions in East Carmarthenshire of castles, stately homes, gardens, local villages and towns. Further afield are the beaches and beauty spots of Swansea, the Gower and Pembrokeshire.

Set between the Brecon Beacons and the Gower Coast, with 10 acres of meadow bordered by a small river The Annexe offers the perfect getaway for dog owners and nature lovers alike. We have a huge variety of wild flowers and bird life and our dark skies offer perfect opportunities for star gazing. We are rural but not isolated and surrounded by castles, beaches and the National Botanic Gardens is just 15 minutes away. Further out are the Gower and Tenby beaches and walks and waterfalls of Brecon.

Nearby attractions are Pembrey Country Park, Llanelli Wetland Centre, Kidwelly Castle & The Mumbles on the Gower Peninsula, which is an area of outstanding natural beauty. Trostre Retail Park is close by hosting many high street shops & restaurants.

With the Loughor Estuary and the Wales Coastal Path within walking distance. Situated close to the Gower, with a number of beautiful beaches and coastal walks. An hour's drive to the Brecon Beacons National Park with its amazing hills, forests and waterfalls. About an hour and a half drive leads to both Tenby and the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.

The kitchen carries through to an open planned dining/living room area equipped with a large flat screen TV and cosy log burner perfect for socialising and chilling out with loved ones. This two bedroom, two bathroom property is beautifully refurbished, and caters perfectly for small families or a couples getaway.

Nestled at the back of our garden is our little Welsh cabin. A new & completely self contained cabin, with bathroom, bedroom and kitchen. 1 mile from the Millennium coastal path, 10 minutes from the M4 motorway, a short drive from Swansea, the Gower coast & 20 minutes drive from Fos Las Racecourse. We are a cosy base for up to 2 guests to relax after a day of exploring. Private off road parking included. Access to The Cabin is through the garden of the main house. Pets on request only.

The Hayloft is a beautifully decorated 19th century stone barn. Recently refurbished, this creative, dog friendly space is just a mile away from the renowned surfing beach of Llangennith and closer still to the well known pub -The kings Head. Nearby facilities include the Llanelli Wildfowl Centre, Llanelly House, Kidwelly Castle and the Gower beaches.
