Villa on the lake with a pool

Only 35 minutes from the north of Rome, an Italian villa with a blissful energy. It offers many spots to be in nature, the private beach, the pool, the secret garden, the marble table, the viewpoint patio, the terrace. Very nice in wintertime with its country surroundings, it will inspire you to relax and create. The view is stunning inside the house. Please note the Wi-Fi is slow, hotspot works and by law is requested a tourist tax of one euro a day per person. Nice to rent ebike for a tour.

Con la mia famiglia saremo felici di accoglierti nella casa dove abbiamo vissuto e cresciuto i nostri figli, per questo l'abbiamo dotata di ogni confort.... da una fantastica cucina dotata di tutto compreso il camino, soggiorno divano smartTV netflix prime dysney+ WIFI - 2 camere da letto e i 2 bagni ci sono 5 balconi panoramici ed un grande giardino con barbecue. Siamo in zona residenziale, ma ad 1 passo dal LAGO 2 passi da ROMA3 passi dal MARE -2 km dalla stazione ferroviaria...TI ASPETTIAMO

Rilassati con tutta la famiglia in questo splendida villa nella campagna romana a pochissima distanza dal mare. Lasciatevi cullare nelle acque della bellissima piscina di 10x4 metri e godetevi il panorama circondati da fiori, alberi, ulivi, cavalli, galline e i miei dolcissimi cani. La villa è composta da un'ampia cucina, camera da letto tripla, bagno con doccia al piano terra e una camera da letto matrimoniale al piano superiore con accesso da una scala a chiocciola.
