Create fabulous memories with family and friends; games on the beach, sandcastles, exploring the rock pools, swimming, bbqs, laughter, board games… A few home luxuries including dishwasher, coffee machine, 2 tvs - one upstairs with DVD player and kids DVDs, other one downstairs with chrome cast for guests to use Linen can be hired for an additional cost

A modern little gem on Jetty Road, offers a unique bit of privacy while still nice and close to the waterfront. With private direct access down to the sand. The perfect place to get away from it all in modern comfort. Professionally Cleaned between every stay. Great for a Family trip, Friends Weekend away or a Romantic Getaway. As with most bach’s out here, linen is not included (duvets, pillows are) but we do have access to a full linen service if you’d rather not bring your own No Pets

The bach sleeps up to 10 in 2 double beds & 2 bunks in 2 bedrooms. Tea, Coffee, & the basics are provided. GUESTS MUST bring their own sheets, bedding ,pillows and towels etc, & leave the bach clean & tidy upon leaving. You must take all rubbish and recycling with you upon departure. Cleaning materials provided by us. Akitio has a small permanent population and we don't have a commercial cleaner to make things clean and tidy after your stay. We rely on you to comply with our House Manual.

Beach front renovated 4 bedroom shearer’s quarters .Amazing sea and sunrise views with huge wrap around decks providing plenty of outside living space, serenity and sun. Inside on the colder days you can watch the waves next to a roaring wood fire. Well appointed including dishwasher, coffee machine and a full working kitchen . Two queen bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and the fourth bedroom has three single beds. A short walk to the beach.

With the sea directly across the road, great panoramic views from the sunny deck & the Castlepoint Store a stone’s throw away. All amenities to enjoy a comfortable stay, including widescreen LCD, SKY TV, separate toilet & shower, open-plan kitchen.The property has plenty of parking space. There's a bunk room with external access for the extra guests. There's also an option of renting Bach B together for larger families/groups (Linen not included)

Both units have disabled friendly access and bathrooms. Apartments can be rented separately or together. Heaps of onsite parking is available. Apartments are on the beach.
