UNIQUE Countryside Apartment part of our farmhouse on our SHEEP Farm. Only 3 Mile Lake District National Park, M6 10 mile (N&S) Good Roads, Nr Cumbria Way. Morning to Evening SUN SPOT on the PEACEFUL Secluded Garden + Patio, OVERLOOKING the NATURAL WATERFALL STREAM, WILDLIFE & often our SHEEP. No-frills cosy base for Lakeland and the Solway

NB: LINEN, TOWELS & TOILETRIES NOT PROVIDED! Snug little mid-terrace property in a tiny village on Hadrian's Wall on the English side of the Solway Firth. Rather shabby but full of character & very cosy. Port Carlisle has a faded splendour - built on the site of a fishing village, for a brief time it was a major port serving Carlisle, with its own canal & later a railway; in the 1850s the Firth silted up so ships could no longer get in. Birdwatchers, walkers, fans of history, dogs will love it!

The Retreat @ Solway House is a cosy 1-bed annex tucked away in our garden in the peaceful hamlet of Rigg, just 1 mile from Gretna Green. Our semi rural location is only a 3 mile drive from the M6/and just off the A75, the perfect stop over to break up any car journey, we provide parking for one car on our driveway. The Annex is a self-contained tiny home with its own private entrance, featuring a double bed, log burner, cosy sofa area, shower room, and a fully equipped kitchen/dining area.
