Inverter air-conditioners keep the four main rooms cool in summer and warm in winter - or use the ceiling fans if you prefer! Little extras included - long-life milk, condiments including coffee, tea, sugar, salt & pepper, oil & a range of spices. Warm throw rugs for the winter. A comfortable budget option.

Our charming coastal retreat is a 1990’s weatherboard home complete with an outdoor Pizza Oven and kitchen/ BBQ facilities and a children’s play house. We love our holidays here where we make regular trips to the beach, laze on the deck, do jigsaw puzzles, read books, relax and explore beautiful Port Elliot and all it has to offer. ***Need additional space? We are offering a neat and tidy 2 bedroom granny flat situated on our property. This accommodation is best suited for both short and long term stays. Our new renovation at the front of accommodation is very private with beautiful views of the hills and wetlands. We are very close to beach which is only a short walking distance. We live here permanently and we are friendly and happy to help with any enquiries.
