Unfortunately no dogs/children/ infants are allowed as we are a working sheep farm & surrounded by water. Seaside home-from-home, on the east cliff of the village, 7 minutes walk down to the shore. (Slower coming back up!) Walk to the Post Office, bakers, cafe, pubs, restaurants, gift shops. With its close proximity to Loch Ryan and other beaches makes it ideal for all other water based activities. Stranraer Golf Club can also offer golfers discounted daily rates. The ferries at Cairnryan are 14 minutes away. The self catering Lodge enjoys rural aspects, and is within walking distance of local bars, restaurants, shops and parks.

Seaview Cottage I. with HOT TUB & SAUNA

The cosy cottage provides perfect accommodation for up to 4 people. You can enjoy the spa pool, sauna, and paddle boards whilst experiencing breath-taking views. The cottage is located a stones throw from the beach, with stunning views looking over Strangford Lough and the Mourne Mountains. Only 5 minutes walk is the village of Kircubbin, where there are pubs, restaurants and a supermarket. With the water so close, wake up to the sounds, views & smell of the sea.

The Potager Tree House

Situated within the vegetable garden five feet up. Unfortunately, not suitable for disabled access. There is a tree coming up through the balcony which gets full sun in the morning for breakfast alfresco. Living area is small and quirky but with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Outside there is a BBQ, a wood fired whiskey barrel hot tub and enough coals and logs provided for one night. The garden is secure and dog friendly. Private entry and parking.
