Baevue Cottage

Baevue Cottage was once an oyster purging shed, but has since been transformed into a perfect couples’ getaway, nestled on the waterfront of Pelican Bay in the Manning River. Just minutes from Manning Point Beach, it offers the ideal spot to start your day with a sunrise walk. Features include combined living and bedroom area (queen bed), bathroom, kitchen (no oven or dishwasher) ceiling fans, electric blanket, oil heater, WiFi and a fire pit. ‘Bangalay’ @ Lighthouse Beach

Welcome to ‘Bangalay' - a modern, cozy guest suite with its own private, lockable entrance, ideal for singles or a couple. Set amongst idyllic gardens in a quiet area of Lighthouse Beach, it is a scenic 15 min walk to the iconic lighthouse. Shelley Beach, Lighthouse Beach and cafes are an easy 5 min drive away. The coastal walk can be accessed 400 metres away. Do as much or as little as you like. Enjoy the outdoor dining/bbq/fire pit and your own off street parking. Not suitable for pets.

It is located just two minutes off the Pacific Highway, and only 10 minutes to Kempsey and 25 minutes to Port Macquarie. We are on two acres surrounded by national park, with beaches in front and behind. Built on the north facing slope of O'Connors hill is our unique, rustic home consisting of a cluster of detached buildings set among a tropical landscape. A private resort. We back onto the national park so we share our land with many native creatures. Please note this is a quiet space, please keep noise to a minimum and no music after 8pm.
