The house overlooks the Irish sea facing south/south west at the front and overlooking a tennis court (public) and golf course at the rear. Views are special with great walks on your doorstep. The house is a 15 minute walk to the village centre and under 10 minutes brisk walk to the local Pub. The suite is on the ground floor at the rear of the house with its own access. Small Inflatable beds can be provided for up to 2 at a small extra charge. Food available on a self service basis as agreed.

The Nest is a cosy and stylish self contained apartment in a convenient central area of Douglas, capital of the Isle of Man. It is accessed up a flight of wooden stairs, taking you to your own front door (and balcony!) The Nest comprises a well equipped kitchen, leading to a large welcoming living area, complete with 49” TV. The bathroom has a shower with good pressure. The comfy bedroom also has a TV. Free WiFi. Own parking space. Welcome basket provided. Ideal for couples or solo travellers.

The hot tub by the waterfall-inclusive facilities

Located just south of the center of the island, this comfortable and spacious retreat boasts a 12 seater wood burning hot tub (private, hot when you arrive, and electrically heated overnight), gym, and firepit, in the secluded social area next to the river at the rear. With the TT course a mile north, and shops and pub 1/3 mile south, its the perfect retreat from watching the racing or exploring the island. NB: All amenities free to use, including the tub & wood for the burner & firepit.

The rest of the island is easy to discover from here too, as a bus stop is located just around the corner!

Compact studio apartment comprising of a bedroom with double bed, lounge dining area with a double sofa bed and shower room. Located on the TT course at Ballagarey Corner (w3w wanted vests baker), on a main bus route, approximately 3.5 miles from Douglas and just a few minutes drive to the nearest pubs and shops. In a rural setting with access to country walks. Well behaved dogs welcome but they may not be left in the property alone.

Detached studio apartment finished to a very high standard. It’s comfortable, spacious, quiet and unique. With plenty of private off-road parking, steam room, double Juliette balconies and beautiful views. In the heart of Ramsey. A 5 minute walk to the TT course (if that’s your thing!). Ideal for walkers, cyclists, car and of-course motorbike enthusiasts . We have the Sulby river on our door step too!
