We have bicycles and beach chairs for guests to use. Unit is dog friendly with fee. There are many activities in the area,including beach,surfing, fishing, boating, kayaking, snorkeling and other water activities. Nearby there are waterfront restaurants, bars, and shops within a 5 minute drive. Many have live music nightly.

This newly-renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment located on the second floor of this river residence, is fully stocked with all that you need to enjoy a relaxing river retreat. Enjoy your morning coffee with a view over the water and the visiting wildlife. Park your boat at our dock or borrow our kayak and explore the surrounding waterways. Waterfront Retreat

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The view can be seen from outdoor screened in patio space as well as the master bedroom and dining room. Driveway is large enough to accompany a good size boat and trailer but we do not have a dock to tie off too. We have two kayaks with life jackets, fishing platform, surfboard, inflatable paddle board and some basic fishing poles and tackle gear. 2 bedroom with queen bed in each room plus pull out couch.
