Η οικία βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 3χλμ από το κέντρο της Κέρκυρας, 1.5 χλμ. από το λιμάνι και 4 χλμ. από το αεροδρόμιο με την χρήση αυτοκινήτου .Σε απόσταση 50 μέτρων υπάρχει στάση λεωφορείου για εύκολη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της πόλης . Στα 300 μέτρα υπάρχει πρόσβαση σε δημόσια παραλία. Κοντά υπάρχουν σούπερ μάρκετ και καφετέρια.

Το σπίτι μου (38 m2) βρίσκεται στην καρδιά της Παλιάς Πόλης της Κέρκυρας, περίπου 300 μ. από το Λιστόν και τη Σπιανάδα. Είναι μια τέλεια βάση για να εξερευνήσετε την πόλη και το νησί, που βρίσκεται σε μια γειτονιά που ονομάζεται Εβραϊκή. Σχεδόν όλα όσα θα χρειαστείτε, όπως σούπερ μάρκετ, εστιατόρια, αρτοποιεία, φαρμακείο κ.λπ., βρίσκονται σε κοντινή απόσταση. Ένας δωρεάν δημοτικός χώρος στάθμευσης, ένας σταθμός ταξί και μια στάση λεωφορείου είναι πολύ κοντά (60-100 μ.).

A luxury rustic Villa on the west coast of Corfu Island, overlooking the Ionian Sea, just 17km from Corfu town. The Villa sits in a very private location, with Dehoumeni Beach just below the villa, reachable by footpath and long sandy beach of Agios Gordis just 5 minutes by car. Almost everything you will need like super market, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacy e.t.c. is within a walking distance. A free municipal parking, a taxi station and bus stop are very close (60-100 m).
