E' composto da armadio a ponte con due letti, angolo cottura e pranzo, bagno e terrazzo. è provvisto di climatizzatore, TV satellitare, WiFi e parcheggio all'interno della proprietà. La cucina è fornita di piano cottura, frigorifero, pentolame, piatti e posate. Bagno con doccia. Terrazzo coperto con tavolo e poltroncine per pranzare all'aria aperta. Calm and quite villa with lot of green in big yard and the beach of private characteristics. Only three apartments in this Villa guarantee a pleasant stay without the crowds. The apartments are spacious, with large terraces overlooking the sea and are fully equipped with all furniture, appliances and air conditioning. The beach is accessed by several steps from the yard. It has a sandy part suitable for small children, shade but a concrete pier and access by boat.
