These include local hangout Belle General, The Surf Club by the water, and the coffee and food cart at Flat Rock. The Ballina Byron Gateway Airport is 10 minutes away so very accessible for fly in guests. Regular bus services to town, Byron Bay & Lennox with a bus stop only minutes away. Complimentary use of bikes is available to enjoy the numerous coastal bike & walking paths. A car is recommended to take full advantage of all the area has to offer. The Muddy (as it is affectionately known) is a lovely place to stop for a weekend , week or even longer. This converted mud brick farm shed offers complete tranquility with high-end design and furnishing. The Muddy offers a lovely one bedroom sanctuary with ensuite bathroom (with indoor shower) full kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine) and a large lounge with leather couches, TV and relaxing ambiance. Outside you'll find a BBQ, a dining table and amazing outdoor shower. All overlooking a dam.

Swim at "the Bay" or walk the spectacular cliff walk from beach to lighthouse - the most easterly point on the Australian mainland! Coffee shops, trendy eateries & boutique shopping abound! Explore the Byron hinterland with its charming villages & rainforests. Suit couple/2-3 adults. No infants, kids, pets or schoolies.

Oasis is a quaint cottage 200mtres from the beautiful Cabarita Beach. A 1940's style queenslander with verandah surrounding to catch the breezes, watch the birds and listen to the surf. Close to the cafe culture of Caba, Pottsvill and Kingscliff and only 20min from Gold Coast Airport. Lovely gardens and pet friendly with a secure fence and an off leash area just a five minute walk from Oasis. Please contact host if you wish to bring your FF. I only consider one small dog to stay at Oasis.
