The cottage was previously owned by the Armstrong family owners of Craigside and Bambrugh Castle. In the past its been a post office and a sweet shop. We have tried to make the cottage a special place, and hope it will make a nice change of scene for our guests. Lee View is just a 10 minute drive from Rothbury with a Co Op and a variety of other shops. We are 25 minutes from Morpeth and Alnwick.

Wildhope View is a cosy, romantic retreat with spectacular views of the rolling hills of the Aln valley and the, “18 arches” viaduct built in 1849 by Robert Stephenson.

The Stable, Bog Mill Cottages, edge of Alnwick

A beautiful, modern and tastefully converted stone barn retaining much of its original character and charm. The Stable is one of 3 holiday cottages converted from the former farm buildings of Bog Mill Farm. Each cottage is completely self contained with their own individual gardens, entrances and parking spaces. Bog Mill is no longer a working farm.
