Sip espresso in the cozy kitchen of this renovated apartment, with balcony, set in an early 20th-century building. Original floor tiles add old-world charm to the contemporary decor personalized by yellow accents and vintage photos of city sites. Brand new, bright second floor flat. As you enter you are welcomed by a spacious and well lighten corridor with doors to the main bedroom, the spacious kitchen and the living room. This flat fit comfortably 4 people: the main bedroom has a king size bed that can be used as 2 single beds while the living room has a 4 seater sofa bed with an exceptionally comfortable mattress. The kitchen has a small balcony. There is plenty of storage and cleanliness is at the top of our priorities !!! The entire flat We are helping our guests from the moment they enquire about how to get to our flat from airport or train stations, to the welcoming day, throughout their stay with tips for local restaurants or hidden gems of the city, until their checkout to make sure they can find the quickest way to their next destination. We speak fluently both English and French and having often travelled abroad ourselves, we know what it means to be a tourist and how good it feels to be welcomed and guided into a new city by the locals. We are very happy to meet people from all different countries and nationalities. Located in trendy Prati, the apartment is close to buses and metro stations for easy accessibility to city landmarks. The neighborhood is known for its array of shops, cafes, and restaurants. The Spanish Steps are a 15-minute walk. The closest underground station is Lepanto and it is only 5 minutes away from the flat. This takes you to where ever you need in Rome but buses are also very convenient and the closest bus stop in Via Ferrari ( 2 minutes away from our flat) gets you to the city centre in less then 15 minutes. For example: Spanish steps are 15 minutes away by bus. Colosseum is 25 minutes away by underground. Piazza Navona is 12 minutes away by bus. The Vatican museums are 20 minutes away on foot passing by Via dei Gracchi where you find the most delicious ice cream in Rome as voted by the Romans: Gelateria dei Gracchi.

This charming and cosy apartment (50 sqm) can be found on the first floor of a beautiful historic building. Upon entering the apartment, you will come across a fully equipped kitchenette where you have everything you need to prepare meals, which you can enjoy seated at the breakfast bar table. After a tiring day of sightseeing, you can relax in the comfy armchairs whilst enjoying a glass of wine and watching the satellite TV. The bedroom at the end of the hall is a welcome retreat with it's warm and stylish decor and two spacious built in cupboards with beautiful 17th century carved wooden doors. Last but not least, the bathroom has a large shower, which is perfect to revive you after a long day walking around Rome taking in the fabulous sights. This apartment is in a central location and you can enjoy all the sights Rome has to offer, either on foot or by using the metro, which is 5 minutes walk away. All space I like meeting my guests and showing them the apartment and its facilities. They can always contact me during their stay on my mobile. I will give them the keys during check in. The area is also very well served by public transports, bus and subway (Ottaviano- Saint Peter stop) and there are many shops, coffee bars and trendy restaurants. Assapora la calda e accogliente atmosfera di questo appartamento, dove il legno delle travi del soffitto e il parquet creano giochi di luce color miele. La disposizione moderna degli spazi, poi, è tutta a favore del comfort. Nel caratteristico rione Borgo Pio in un immobile storico del 1800 molto silenzioso a 100 metri dalla Basilica di San Pietro e 500 metri dai musei Vaticani. Vicinissimo alla zona shopping di Via Cola di Rienzo e Via del Corso. L'appartamento é composto da una camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno composto da doccia e vasca idromassaggio, un ampio soggiorno con un grande divano e un divano letto matrimoniale, tavolo da pranzo e un'ampia cucina attrezzata con Macchina del caffè Nespresso, Tostapane, Bollitore, Lavatrive e Microonde. L 'appartamento dispone di 2 tv e internet wi-fi, di riscaldamento autonomo e di aria condizionata centralizzata in tutti gli ambienti. L'orario di check-in è piuttosto flessibile; è necessario concordare con anticipo l'orario di arrivo tramite email o Whatsapp. Il Chek-out è previsto entro le ore 10. Per prendere le chiavi vi manderò istruzioni. L'edificio non è fornito di ascensore. Il quartiere Borgo è una zona tranquilla e signorile a pochi passi dalla Basilica di San Pietro e dai Musei Vaticani nonché dalla grande via dello shopping Cola di Rienzo, che collega il centro storico di Roma, Piazza del Popolo, con il Vaticano. La nostra residenza si trova a pochi metri dalla fermata della Metro Ottaviano, con la quale potrete raggiungere comodamente tutte le attrazioni delle Città Eterna.
