Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. So many adventures to be lived:)

Profitez d’une vue imprenable et d'un calme sans pareil, installés dans le jacuzzi, face à la Dent d’Oche ! PRINTEMPS/ ÉTÉ : Séjour sans repas ni petit déjeuner compris ; mais possibilité de prendre ses repas au restaurant attenant : Le Pré Richard. HIVER : Séjour avec nuit + repas du soir (fondue, salade et charcuterie) + petit déjeuner.

Dans un petit immeuble contemporain, perché sur les hauteurs de Montreux (quartier de Territet), une dizaine de minutes à pied des transports (bus, gare et embarcadère) , appartement de 80 M2, 2 pieces et demi ( chambre, grand séjour et cuisine integrée), orientation sud-ouest face au lac du Léman. Accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite ( ascenseur) avec un parking privatif à disposition. L’appartement ainsi que la terrasse sont non fumeur.

Une maison directement au bord du lac les pieds dans l’eau. Vous pourrez surveiller les enfants à la plage depuis votre balcon sans une route à traverser. Un jacuzzi privatif avec une vue directe sur le lac ! Les premières stations de ski sont à 20 minutes. Les départs des circuits de randonnée jusqu’à Bernex ou la dent Doche de l’autre côté de la rue.
