Cozy Casita in the Trees

Enjoy this cozy casita for two on a small hill with lots of trees in Diamond Valley, centrally located right between downtown Prescott and Prescott Valley. Please note that the bathroom is a detached building next to casita and has a compost toilet, shower and sink. Cuddle up in the soft queen bed(removable pad), make a cup of coffee or snack in the kitchenette, or relax on the attached patio. Pets are not allowed. We can’t accept reservations for someone not on your account. Infants welcome.

Granite Mountain Views-Prescott

Granite Mountain views is a spacious studio that is a walk out below our home, fully furnished. Only access is from the outside. We do live above the studio. There is a kitchenette, large bathroom, Queen bed, full sofa sleeper, and no carpeting. There is parking on site and a private deck to enjoy. It is 5.4 miles to historic downtown Prescott, 4.5 miles to the “Worlds Oldest Rodeo”, 1.4 miles to Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, and 11 miles to PV Event Center. Come enjoy Prescott!

Spacious 972 sq ft over the garage guest apartment is all yours! Close to downtown Prescott headed northwest 7 miles (15 minutes) to a private gate with a keypad. The gate opens and your in the National Forest where your retreat begins! Inside is a comfy cal-king bed, full kitchen and bath, laundry, two eating areas, two sitting areas, roll top desk, pellet stove for winter and A/C in the summer. You cannot book this apartment automatically. You must communicate direct with the owner.

Close to woods AND city goods: 7 min to forested Lynx Lake or be-bouldered Watson Lake; 5 min to Trader J's, Costco, Sprouts, In n Out, Walmart, good eats & more. This unit is fully self-contained and private; it only shares one exterior wall (in the living room) with a separate rental on the property.

Antelope Run Country Cottage in Chino Valley

We built our 720 square foot cottage in 2009 on 2.5 acres in an extremely quiet country neighborhood, and it has been very lightly used. The full kitchen has all the major appliances, cooking and eating utensils you will need. There is also a full size laundry setup in the bathroom. Our location is perfect for those attending firearm training at the world renowned Gunsite Academy. Gunsite is an easy 18 minute drive from our cottage in Chino Valley.

Riverstone Cottage, Bright and Airy Forest Retreat

This quiet and secluded stone cottage is set in 3 acres bordering the Prescott National Forest. It is the perfect place to explore both Prescott and the local hiking/Bike and OHV trails. Goldwater Lake is just 2 miles away and is a gorgeous spot for hiking, fishing, kayaking and picnicking. Downtown Prescott is only stunningly beautiful 10 minute drive. *new air conditioning installed August 2025 for those extra hot days we’ve been having*

McClure Hobby Farm Guesthouse

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Located in south central Chino Valley, 15 miles north of Prescott, this guesthouse is on a small farm with friendly goats and chickens. The balcony overlooks the mountains and at night the sky is full of stars. All friendly dogs are welcome as this house has it's own fenced in yard for a $30 pet fee/stay. Please be sure to let us know if you bring a pet when you book!
