The studio consists of a large living space and full bathroom. There is no kitchen but there is a fridge and tableware in the main room. The studio is perfect for visiting Loughborough University, just 15 minutes walk to the main Uni entrance. The name JANA comes from the first 2 letters of my granddads name and last 2 letters of my grandmothers.

Huckleberry cottage Ingleby is a quiet hamlet nestled in the south Derbyshire countryside. Ticknall is just 2miles away, with beautiful walks through National Trust Calke Abbey and Anchor Church caves which is just a stones throw away. The cottage is self contained, with new facilities and open plan living. The stone walls, oak beams and vaulted ceiling with 3 sky light windows create a light spacious feeling.On evenings to enjoy being cosy, there is a electric log burner while you relax.

You will be comfortable in our house, full of character. Two upstairs bedrooms, with a king size bed & Freeview TV, plus one with single (further beds on discussion); bathroom and downstairs shower room. Downstairs sitting room with microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge (no freezer), without a kitchen sink. Screen (no TV) available in sitting room with HDMI cable. Washing up service provided. This is all for your private use with your own front door, in effect a self contained unit.
