Grange en pierres rénovée en 2 gîtes mitoyens séparés par un grand espace jardin d'intérieur. C'est un gîte cosy que je vous propose, idéal pour se reposer dans la campagne à la ferme. Paisible terrasse couverte avec jacuzzi privé à chaque gîte (non autorisés aux jeunes enfants) Idéal pour 4 personnes ou couple Vue agréable, localisation très calme. De nombreuses activités possibles : canoë, balades en Gabares sur la Dordogne, châteaux, villages, grottes, musées, restaurants, brocantes...etc

Fields and vineyards lead to the winding streets of medieval Issigeac, a boulangerie, a café and the perfect afternoon.

Seul, en couple ou même avec 2 enfants nous vous accueillerons avec plaisir dans ce petit gîte qui était un ancien four à pain en bord du chemin de halage de la Dordogne. Il s inscrit dans le style de notre Perigord Pourpre avec ses bricous et ses vieilles pierres. Dans un endroit isolé calme et tranquille vous ne serez malgré tout pas loin pour visiter les bastides et châteaux réputés de Dordogne mais aussi du Lot et Garonne et de la Gironde et à mi-chemin de SARLAT et St EMIĹION .

Charmante petite maison dans le Périgord

Tranquillité d'une petite maison tout proche de la campagne et à proximité de toutes les commodités. Vous pourrez stationner votre véhicule devant la maison. Le portail électrique et l'allée sont communs avec notre maison. La terrasse à l'arrière et une partie du jardin vous sont consacrés et sont indépendants, ce qui permet de préserver l'intimité de chacun. Notre proximité du logement nous rend disponible pour vous accompagner si vous le souhaitez lors de votre séjour en Dordogne.

Le Petit Comte Bergerac an Oasis of Calm

Le Petit Comte is situated in the beautiful Dordogne, a 15 mins drive (11 km) from Bergerac Airport and approx 1 hour drive from Bordeaux. The beautiful, historic old city of Bergerac is 10 mins by car with its many shops bars and restaurants all on the Dordogne river. The house sits opposite an organic Chateau, perfect for wine tasting, and next to a horse riding centre. The house is a 3 min drive (20 min walk) from the village of Ginestet with a wonderful Bakery and bar/pizzeria.
