This house is in a perfect spot with an incredible view: oaks, olive groves, and grape vines cascade down the hillside to the lake shore. Centuries-old farmhouses glow in the morning light. Explore the pictures to see for yourself. The area, known as Tuscia, was once inhabited by the Etruscans. Note: the house is on a country road, and the alternate routes may vary in bumpiness depending on weather and local authority work schedules. A regular car is recommended, but not a low-slung sports car.

Combination of an authentic flavor and the convenience of modern design. Air conditioner is available. The house is VERY SECLUDED, you would need to drive 15 minute along the dirt road which might be difficult if the weather is bad. But when you finally get there you won't regret the effort.
