The house is situated in the Old City of Nicosia (Greek side), inside the Venetian walls, within walking distance of Famagusta Gate. It is an example of traditional city architecture of the late 19th – early 20th century, restored to perfection under the supervision of the Nicosia Municipality. Furnished with antique furniture and decorated with much care and respect for the local traditions, the house is the perfect place to be if you want to explore Cyprus’s capital and feel its unique spirit.

The estate features flowing indoor-outdoor living spaces, expansive terraces, a covered patio dining area with a BBQ , a big pool and a huge mediterranean garden. The villa has also billiards and table tennis. Finally for a more luxurious and enjoyable stay villa has a jacuzzi and sauna by payment. In the villa there is an exhibition of paintings.
