Deux-pièces «ChezlaCotch» entre lac et montagnes

Depuis 17 ans je propose le studio « ChezlaCotch » entre lac et montagnes, à ce studio s’ajoute (depuis avril 2024) une chambre pouvant accueillir deux personnes. Le deux-pièces est séparé par un couloir commun que nous utilisons uniquement pour accéder à l’économat. Il n’est pas possible de louer seulement la chambre car celle-ci est sans sanitaire. Vous l’avez donc comprit la salle de bains est commune. Pour y accéder vous devez passer dans le “studio”, idéal pour des bons amis ou famille !

In a recent building, with excellent insonorisation, this one bedroom one bathroom apartment has a King Size bed with a high quality mattress perfect for relaxing after sightseeing, swimming or skiing. The fully equiped balcony looks out onto the Jura mountains, receives maximum sunlight, illuminating the kitchen and living areas. A perfect getaway or long stay location.

3.5 room penthouse occupying the top floor located in a 3600 m2 park in Jouxtens-Mézery near Lausanne. The charm, the character and the breathtaking view of Lake Geneva and the mountains will definitely seduce you! Nous vous proposons notre appartement idéalement situé au coeur du village touristique d'Evian-les-Bains et au coeur du chateau historique de Fonbonne. Vous pourrez profiter de son espace extérieur pour manger au calme, de ses deux chambres, et de sa cuisine ouverte sur le salon. PLEIN SUD 7: This lovely and well appointed apartment overlooking the village is a great choice for a holiday apartment for a small family! Ideal for winter ski trips, summer activity holidays or peaceful getaways between seasons. Please note that during the winter season, our bookings run from Sunday to Sunday during the peak season (Xmas / New Year and the February holidays) and drop to 4 days minimum stay in low season.
